Donald Hawks

Donald E. Hawks, age 86 of Rich Hill, Missouri passed away on June 25 at Medicalodge in Butler, Missouri.  Don was born on December 2, 1936, the son of Robert James and Doris Esther (Walker) Hawks.  Don was a graduate of Hume High School.  He was a rancher and in later years drove a semi truck.  Don was united in marriage to Nancy Judy McElroy; she preceded him in death on August 20, 2014.  He was also preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Carol Hawks; daughter-in-law, JoEllen Hawks; granddaughter, Kaycee Hawks.  Don will be greatly missed by family and friends.  Don is survived by three sons:  Mark Hawks of Hume, Missouri, Monty and Lisa Hawks of Metz, Missouri; Mike and Tonya Hawks of Butler, Missouri; three grandchildren, Nathan Hawks, Kaylee Hawks and Addison Hawks; two great-grandchildren, Shannon and Sammy; and one sister-in-law, Kitty and Roger Wikoff of Metz, Missouri.
