Linda Gale (Brooks) Garrison

Linda was born April 9, 1954 to Clarence & Irene (Guss) Brooks of Hume, MO. When she was nine years old the family bought and moved to a small farm north of Nevada, MO. She attended Nevada elementary and high schools, graduated in 1972. She worked as a waitress at 54 Café and a housekeeper at the State Hospital. She was 23 when she moved to Branson, MO and worked at the Walmart where she met her husband, Michael Garrison in August 1977. One month after their first date, they were engaged and married the following June 10, 1978. She then began her dream occupation as a wife and mother, to this union 5 children were born.

She was preceded in death by one son, James Arron Garrison, her parents, brother, Lloyd Edward Brooks, and one granddaughter, Aspen Raine Quinn.

Linda is survived by her husband Michael Garrison, Hume, MO, one daughter, Angela Bowen, Monroe, GA., 3 sons, Andrew Garrison, Ozark, MO, Jonathon & Samuel Garrison, Nevada, MO, one sister Clarenita Brack, Naples, FL, 3 granddaughters, Hunter Quinn, Cheyenne Quinn, and Ember Quinn all of Monroe, GA and several nieces & nephews.

Funeral service will be 11 am, Thursday, December 11, 20205 at the Hume Methodist Church.  Burial will be in the Lawrence Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 10 am to service time at the church.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the donor's choice.  Online condolences can be left at www.heuserfunerals.com.
