Ruby Wikoff

Ruby Kathleen Westerhold Wikoff, age 97, 11 months of rural Metz, Missouri passed away September 24, 2020.  She was born on Halloween 1922 north of Metz to Fred and Eula Westerhold.  She attended rural schools in Bates County.  She graduated from Metz High School the Class of 1941.  Ruby and Melvin Wikoff were united in marriage the day she graduated from high school.  They were the parents of two children, Vicky and Rodger.  After retirement, she was an avid quilter and craft artist attending many craft shows in Vernon and Bates County.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Melvin and five siblings.  Ruby is survived by her children, Vicky Wikoff Taylor of Lockwood, Missouri, Roger Wikoff and wife Kitty of Metz, Missouri, four grandchildren, Jeff Wikoff and wife Melody of Hume, Missouri, Jami Wikoff Blosmo and husband Brian of Albin, Wyoming, Sharla Taylor Rodgers and husband Donald of Eldorado Springs, Missouri, Bradly Taylor and wife Cassandra of Greenfield, Missouri, thirteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren, and two siblings, Wayne Westerhold and Lois McCormick.

Graveside service will be 10 am Monday September 28, 2020 at Balltown Cemetery, Horton, Missouri.  Contributions are suggested to Balltown Cemetery c/o of Heuser Funeral Home.  Ruby will lie in state at the Heuser Funeral Home for friends to pay respects and sign the registry.
