Bonnie Hutchins

April 14, 1939 — January 28, 2021

Bonnie Aletha Hobson Hutchins, age 81, was born April 14, 1939 to Jim and Wilma Hobson, Rich Hill, Missouri and passed away at Poudre Valley Hospital on January 28, 2021.  She was born the second of six children: Howard, Bonnie, JoAnn, John, Ronnie, and Marilyn.  She was married to Max Hutchins, of their home in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Bonnie was currently a resident of Spring Creek Rehabilitation Center in Fort Collins for the past two years related to a neck injury sustained from apparent falls at home and other health issues.

Bonnie accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age at Hume Christian Church.

Bonnie attended Rich Hill High School prior to her Senior year (1957) when she was involved in a serious car accident. After years of rehabilitation, she eventually attended Hume High School and attained her diploma.  Bonnie had many fond memories of how that community of friends and students helped and supported her while she stayed with her great aunt, Lora Motsinger, and helped her dairy farm in Foster, Missouri.

Bonnie moved to Fort Collins, Colorado where she worked and retired from Poudre Valley Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Howard and John Hobson; and a brother-in-law, Roy Green.

Interment was April 14, 2022 at Green Lawn Cemetery in Rich Hill, Missouri.
